Meta-analysis of Scientific Articles about Vitamin D Impact on Female Body – aimed at analysis of scientific articles and presentation of the peculiarities about the effect of vitamin D on the biochemical processes in the female body.

Many studies have been conducted to investigate the multiple effects of vitamin D on human health. Therefore, there is a need to examine which are the main scientific arguments to support the positive effect of vitamin D on biochemical processes in the human body.

The main conclusions of the systematic meta-analysis: vitamin D plays a significant role in the regulation of various biochemical processes in the body. It is involved in the function of almost every cell in the human body. Vitamin D deficiency is important for many diseases and pathological conditions – cardiovascular diseases, musculoskeletal disorders, mental and reproductive disorders.
